swing keel locking screw?

22nd May 2003

I have a Sonata 6 and under the galley cupboard (and just above the swing bolt), there is screw which I assume locks the keel when it is in the down position. It is jammed and I couldn’t loosen or tighten it so I removed the plate holdiong this screw but I couldn’t pull the locking screw out nor could see anything behind it. Does anybody know how this work and any drawing or schematic would be appreciated. Thanks.
