We are hosting the 2006 Sonata Nationals at the Dabchicks Sailing Club in July this year and we are looking for a Sonata to borrow for the week for our Cadets and I have been tasked to find one and preferably not too far from West Mersea?!!!

I think that you should be very careful with this request!



Insurance companies may suggest that the boat is being chartered and therefore needs to be coded for that use!! If crew or boat has damage to it /them personal liabilities may be an issue, however if the boat is just sailed by a friend with say a contribution to fair wear and tear of sails etc, this may be acceptable, or perhaps the owner is on board at all times. Please think about this request, may be it should be removed and an alternative is added to replace it?
