Rigging tension

As a new owner of a Sonata about to start racing at my local club I’ve found the hints & tips page very useful but I’d be grateful for any advice on setting up rig tension. Can anyone help?

Please remember that steve goacher has rig settings for his sails so you will find that all diffrent sail makers have diffrent settings which sails do you have?
