Has anybody out there got the sizes for a N0. 3 Jib as I’m thinking out gtting an old sail recut to for heavy weather, also on the same topic the position for a 3rd reefing point on the main.
fingers crossed you may know the answer or where to find it.

I had a third reef put in my main – I did try it once, not great, but it is better than no sail.
If you still need the dimensions I could measure it when I get a moment. I think I left it to the sailmaker (Jeckells) who put it in to decide where.
Mine only leaves a pocket handkerchief up, and there is a lot of sail flapping about at the bottom – you may need one or two extra reefing points and reinforcement for the third reef to tie up the bundle, or I have fitted lazy jacks which help a bit – very handy for normal cruising, but I suspect that in a real blow it would all get a bit messy. I fitted reefing lines for the first and second reef clews back to the coachroof, but I still need to go to the mast to hook on the tack. It makes life more comfortable with a family crew.
n.b I don’t race, so I’m not as fussy as I might be about sails!
