Hi everyone,
I am in the middle of building a 35% scale Sonata.
Hull is strip cedar epoxy construction.
overal length is 2370mm.
You sit inside legs either side of centreboard case and steer with a forward tiller arm. Hope to have it painted next week and start fitting out.
The concept is similar to the Minuet pocket yacht that was around a few years ago but about 6″ longer.
A friend is going to start building a second one on the same original moulds. We hope in time to have a small fleet here in Ireland to race together.
